For 44 years – Karen Conrad’s father and local legend, Barry worked tirelessly on building an iconic garden and landscaping business in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. 

The Greenery, sat proudly on acres of prime real estate along the Yarra River, a local and nostalgic staple that would visited regularly by the young and old. So, what then happens when the patriarch tragically passes, COVID hits and his daughter takes the reins with a brand new vision? Change is hard at the best of times, so how did Karen galvanize a team, sell a vision and begin a new chapter with her father’s pride and joy
